  • Molecular epidemiological studies of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in clinical and subclinical bovine mastitis in Mizoram, Tripura and bovine & caprine mastitis in West Bengal (DBT-Twinning programme for the NE)
  • Profiling of zoonotic food borne diseases in livestock products processing system in eastern region and evaluation of scientific food safety interventions.
  • Expression of truncated penicillin binding protein 2a (PBP2a) of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and development of a recombinant PBP2a based agglutination test for detection of MRSA in milk and dairy products
