Poultry Products Technology

Poultry product technology laboratory is engaged in research and development in relation to poultry meat. All kinds of poultry species like chicken, turkey, guinea fowl, quail etc. are the species of interest for this laboratory. Development of different poultry meat based products and their quality characteristics, storage stability, packaging conditions etc. are studied here.
