The division is providing services and support to several other divisions/sections of the Institute. The service sections of the division are:

• Dairy Technology Section (Handling, processing and sale of milk & milk products)
• Experimental Abattoir (Slaughtering, processing and disposal of meat and byproducts of experimental animals)
• Pilot plant (Processing, quality evaluation and popularization of meat products)
• Hides & Skins Section (Handling and disposal of Hides & Skins)
• Carcass Utilization Plant
