Major Activities

  • Capacity development and training programs targeting veterinarians, farmers, para-veterinarians, women and rural youth.
  • Organizing interface meetings, workshops, and various events such as Kisan Melas, Kisan Goshties, animal health camps and on-farm trials or demonstrations.
  • Participating in exhibitions and fairs to spread knowledge and resources.
  • Organizing special programs during specific days, weeks or throughout the year to enhance outreach and education.
  • Organising activities even under the flagship programs viz., TSP, NEH, SCSP and MGMG programs aimed at specific groups in rural communities.
  • Promoting entrepreneurship development through incubation programs, start-ups and business support.
  • Advancing IP protection and technology commercialization to ensure sustainability and economic growth.
  • Offering digital extension activities, including telecommunication and single-window services for easy access to resources
  • Conducting outreach through exposure visits and providing farm literature for further knowledge enhancement.
